Here is the basic process...

Step 1 – I will give your roof a controlled pressure wash to thoroughly clean it removing all dirt, moss, mould, fungus and lichen and remove any loose or flaking paint

Step 2 – Clear spoutings and drainpipes of any blocked debris.

Step 3 – Prime all necessary areas with an appropriate undercoat (acrylic or etch).

Step 4 – Professionally spray coat the entire roof with at least 2 top coats of paint leaving your roof in pristine condition!

Other services:

• Chemwashing- this will be a controlled low preasure wash which will spread a dialuted chemical safely across your roof surface in order to ellimate and prevent unwanted growth.
• Water blasting your entire house or areas of the property that may need attention
• Staining or re-staining wooden decking or furniture.
• Interior/exterior painting restoration
